Hey there! My name is Cait Alcock and I am certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

The spark that ignited my passion for holistic weight loss was found in my own struggle as a busy student with a full time job. Motivation? None. Self-love? Hanging on by a thread. The extra 15 pounds? Always had a hidden key to sneak back in.

When I discovered holistic health coaching I could see my goals with crystal clarity, feel a deep appreciation and love for my body, and finally release all of the weight (mental and physical) for good.
